Whimsical Art, Sweet Treats & Enchanted Stories

Art Cards 5 x 7

Art cards inspired by my dreams and sprinkles of moondust from the sky
I started drawing and painting about ten years ago. Although I have always loved to draw, I became interested in mixed media in the last few years. I was surprised to see how friends and family liked my artwork and began giving my paintings as gifts for Christmas and birthdays.

A few years ago I created art cards from my paintings and sold them at summer festivals in Toronto. It was such a delight to see how excited my customers were when they purchased one of my cards. Not only did I enjoy listening to the positive feedback about my drawing/ painting, but I relished in the stories of where this card will end up and who will be on the receiving end.

Some of my customers bought the cards and framed them. It is such a wonderful feeling to know that I have created something that might be as loved by another as it is by myself.
Which brings me to Etsy, as I have been painting and sharing my art with friends and family and now wish to share it with you. I have taken some art classes, but I mostly paint from my dreams. I love to read books about travel and cooking as well as fantasy and these stories take me away to a place in my heart where my creativity awaits a new story waiting to be painted, a new muse waiting to be brought to life, but mostly a new dream waiting to be shared. I hope you enjoy my art cards and I do wish they bring you to a place where you can dream… a place with a little sprinkle of Moondust.
